The Software Technology Group is looking for consummate programmers and engineers. Our focus is on diversity of skills and abilities. In some respects we wish to push those pegs into round holes, square holes and … with no holes barred.
The engineer fears for being tasked with creating power supplies for the rest of their lives, a programmer with becoming an expert in COBOL.
Our tasks and our clients are completely diverse and we wish to harbor employees who relish the idea of learning something new and diving into the unknown.
Dunn and Bradstreet rated STG is the 92nd percentile for client satisfaction and above all that relates to the caliber of our employee talent.
We’d like to find our Jack-of-all Trades and master of … at least a couple. We’re hiring for employees to join our team and take on software tasks as diverse as lasers, robotics, mobile, medical devices, autonomous vehicles, autonomous bartenders … and who are willing to jump into the deep end of the pool with both feet (life-ring, lifeguard support or encouragement from the pool side lounge chairs as needed).
We are presently looking for two staff developers to join our team. We need C# Mobile developer and C/C++ embedded development skills. Although there are other projects pending, an immediate need is for development of a medical device insulin pump (Nordic) and the mobile device acting as a controller.
We also need staffing for two other medical related projects; a medical certification application and a clinic management package.
This would be an employee position with vacation, sick leave, medical/dental, long term disability and a 401K plan. As an addendum to our work atmosphere ... our refrigerator is stocked with Cokes, there's Clif bars in the kitchen, and every Thursday night is game night.
At STG our credo is ... if it touches software we can do it, and no two of our projects are the same.
We look for those candidates who are innovative and appreciate learning as part of their job. We let our clients transmit their knowledge, and we become the tool to make great things happen. A candidate's development background needs to show strong ability in C# or C++, and the ability to pivot as their skills are tasked in a multitude of directions.
The work is complex and rewarding, with the direct reward that you are doing a task that will help mankind.
